PARTIAL VISION LOSS/MED-MAL

# CV 040468, Kalshan v. Pollock, filed 6/7/2004

Defendant’s Attorney: Mark Connelly

Verdict: Defense, January, 2007

Plaintiff, a patient of Defendant, was examined at an emergency room location wherein Plaintiff claimed a mis-diagnosis occurred resulting in a partial loss of vision. Defendants denied that there was any negligence in the treatment and care received at the facility by Plaintiff and any loss of vision, partial or otherwise, was not related to their actions.
