Jury denied Defendant’s claim of self-defense and awarded $65,850.00 (past and future medical expenses of $35,850.00, past general damages of $30,000.00, no future general damages.) Court reduced judgment post verdict ($54,350.50) awarded attorney fees ($21,740.20) based on felony plea and costs ($7,267.13).
