Plaintiff owed a restaurant next to Defendant’s Simi Valley business sharing common easements for egress and ingress. Plaintiff sued on Business Tort, Restraining Orders, Trespass and Nuisance contending that Defendants interfered with its business operations by exceeding the allowable use of the easements and areas nearby causing substantial income loss. Defendants claimed their use was reasonable and proper and within the allowable scope. Jury found liability only for Negligent Interference but no damages. Plaintiff’s Motions for New Trial and Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict both denied.
