Plaintiff was a passenger on a school bus when she claims she was sexually assaulted by another student. Plaintiff charged the school district was responsible for the assault due the conditions on the bus. Defendants alleged that the bus was adequately supervised and all procedures and protocol were properly followed at the time of the incident.
