Plaintiffs alleged Defendant Rey Corona of leering at their breasts, making inappropriate remarks, engaging in unwanted touching, following them outside of work and other forms of sexual harassment. Defendant Corona, a convicted sex offender, was appointed MBM’s human resources administrator three days after release from prison. Defendant denied Plaintiffs claims and maintained that his actions did not amount to harassment. Plaintiffs settled claims of retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, failure to maintain policies and procedures against MBM and its owner for $375,000.00 during the jury selection at a previous trial.
