# 1266345, DPK Const. v. Kristin Wray, filed 2/22/2008

Plaintiff/Cross-defendant’s Attorney: Michael Ring

Defendant/Cross-complainant's Attorneys: William Poulis & Saji Gunawardane

Verdict: Judgment for Defendant                   Court Trial, Dept. 5, September, 2009

Plaintiff, hired to correct mistakes of prior contractor on home remodel, sued of money owed. Defendant claimed a cost estimate was exceeded, counter-claimed for defects in construction, cost overruns and delays. Plaintiff blamed the architect and owner (acting as owner/builder) for changes, delays and cost overruns. Judgment for Defendant.
