Plaintiff and Defendants started and owned many companies, sharing in duties and responsibilities for operation. Plaintiff claimed Defendants forced him out of his role with all companies, breached their fiduciary duties, lacked adequate accounting and made slander per se remarks causing large financial losses. Defendants denied all claims. Court ordered the Involuntary Dissolution of all companies and the parties agreed to mediate the defamation claims post-trial.
