Plaintiff sued Defendants painting contractor and bonding company, claiming contractor abandoned the job on a residential building contract. Defendants counter-claimed for monies owing. Completion was made impossible based on work demands and standards of performance by Plaintiff. Jury verdict of $350,000.00 reduced by Court on Plaintiff’s motions for New Trial and JNOV. Court awarded attorneys fees of $85,000.00 to each Defendant.
