Defendant's employee driving company van failed to stop for a stop sign colliding with Plaintiff, who was attempting a turn. Plaintiff suffered fractures to his tailbone requiring two surgeries, sprains to his right ankle also requiring surgery, and nerve root pain conditions to his low back. Defendants admitted fault for the accident but disputed full extent of injuries including need for multiple surgeries. Past medical expenses $288,211.00, future medical $25,000.00 and loss of earnings $238,951.00.
